- Government Identifiers: Passport details, Driver’s Licence number, or other
government-issued ID (to verify your identity).
- Financial Data: Bank account details (BSB and Account Number), source of wealth,
and source of funds.
- Transaction Data: Details about the fiat currency you deposit and the cryptocurrency
assets you buy, sell, or transfer.
- Technical Data: IP address, device type, browser information, and location data.

We collect information primarily in two ways:
- Directly from you: When you register for an account, complete KYC (Know Your
Customer) checks, or contact our support team.
- From third parties: We may use third-party identity verification services (e.g.,
GreenID or Equifax) to confirm your identity against government databases.
- Purpose of Collection
We use your information to:
- Verify your identity as required by AUSTRAC regulations.
- Process transactions and facilitate the exchange of fiat to cryptocurrency.
- Prevent fraud and monitor for suspicious activity.
- Communicate with you regarding your account, security updates, and administrative

- Comply with legal orders from law enforcement or regulatory bodies.4. Disclosure of Your

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with:
- Regulatory Bodies: Including AUSTRAC, the ATO, or law enforcement when
required by law.
- Verification Services: Third-party providers who assist us in verifying the
authenticity of your ID documents.
- Financial Institutions: Your bank or our banking partners to facilitate the transfer of
fiat funds.
- Professional Advisers: Such as lawyers or auditors for compliance purposes.
- Overseas Disclosure
Express Vault is an Australian company. However, some of our third-party service providers
(such as cloud storage or blockchain analytics tools) may be located outside of Australia. We
take reasonable steps to ensure these providers adhere to privacy standards similar to the
APPs.

We implement robust security measures to protect your data, including:
- Encryption: SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit.

- 2FA: Multi-factor authentication requirements for account access.
- Retention: We are legally required to retain certain KYC and transaction data for
