1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing the website, or using any services provided by MDJ &
Associates Pty ltd trading as Express Vault (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree
to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must cease use of our
services immediately.
2. Eligibility
To use Express Vault, you represent and warrant that:
• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract.
• You are not a resident of a “Prohibited Jurisdiction” (e.g., sanctioned countries).
• You have not been previously suspended or removed from our services.
3. KYC & AML Compliance
Express Vault operates under strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your
Customer (KYC) protocols.
• Identity Verification: You must provide accurate and complete information,
including government-issued ID and proof of address.
• Source of Funds: We reserve the right to request documentation regarding the source
of your fiat or crypto funds.
• Third-Party Transfers: Deposits must originate from a bank account in your name.
Third-party deposits will be rejected and returned, subject to processing fees.
4. Fiat-to-Crypto Exchange Services
• Quotes and Rates: Exchange rates are volatile. The rate shown at the time of the
request is an estimate; the final rate is locked only when the transaction is executed.
• Fees: All fees (trading fees, network/gas fees, and bank processing fees) will be
disclosed prior to confirmation.
• Finality: Once a trade is executed, it is irreversible. We cannot recover funds sent to
the wrong wallet address.
5. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): We strongly recommend (and may require) 2FA.
• Unauthorized Access: You must notify Express Vault immediately of any breach of
security.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use Express Vault for:
• Money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Illegal gambling or darknet marketplace purchases.
• Fraudulent schemes, including Ponzi or pyramid schemes.
• Market manipulation or “wash trading.”
7. Risk Disclosure
Cryptocurrency trading carries significant risk. * Values can fluctuate to zero.
• Unlike bank deposits, digital assets are generally not insured by government schemes
(like the FDIC or FSCS).
• Past performance is not indicative of future results.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Express Vault shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, resulting from:
• System outages or scheduled maintenance.
• Blockchain network failures or “forks.”
• Changes in government regulation or taxation.
9. Termination of Account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we
suspect a violation of these Terms, legal requirements, or suspicious activity.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of New South Wales.
